The rifle range will be closed May 20th until 1 o’clock for Brinks recertification
Four Point’s Annual MEMBER APPRECIATION DAY will be held on Saturday May 26th from 12 noon til ?. Every year, we’re pleased to offer a discounted day for our members! We’ll have reduced trap and skeet shooting prices for $2 per round (purchase tokens at the bar the day of the event for use that day only). Check in at the bar upon your arrival on the day of the event to purchase discounted food and beer tickets for draft beers and ham or hot platters!
There will be a tent with tables and chairs for outdoor seating. Your guests are welcome! Please feel free to bring some outdoor games for your kids or grandkids to enjoy during our picnic-style day at the club! Be armed with dollar bills for 50/50 raffles! If we can get some volunteers, perhaps we can get some organized shotgun games going for cash prizes, as well!
Four Point is a fantastic club, and we have our Four Point members to thank for it. Please come and enjoy the day with us!
From Director Jeff Newhouse:
A few years back, the Board of Directors decided, due to its misuse, to remove the large steel plate that was located next to Trap Field 2 that was being used as a patterning board for shotguns. On April 21st from 11 am to 3pm, we will be hosting a patterning day located next to Trap field 2 for members to come and pattern their shotguns. Members will supply the targets or paper and ammo for which they wish to pattern their guns with, and there will be two target holders to affix them to. Normally we don’t allow anything larger than 7-1/2 shot, however, for this day at this temporary venue only, anything up to BB will be allowed. This means, for this day only, turkey, waterfowl, and bird hunters, skeet and trap shooters can come and pattern their guns at 4 Point at the distance of your choosing.
Greetings, Membership! As you know, the Range Guest Policy changed on Mar 1, 2018.
The guest fee was increased to $5.00 per person, per visit, and the maximum number of guests per member, per visit, is now restricted to 2. Cash payment is to be made to the guest fee box located on the wall of the pavilion using the provided envelopes on which the date and guest name are required to be noted. The member and his/her guest(s) are to occupy one station only, with the guest(s) under constant supervision of the member certified to use the range. Guests are never to be unsupervised under any circumstances, as they have not been certified to use the range, nor are they to visit the range without a certified member. Guests are also required to sign in, noting the member they are accompanying.
Four Point’s Officers and Directors continue to evolve the club’s rules and regulations to protect the safety of its members and the value of your membership. Please let any of the board members know if you have any questions or concerns, and we thank you for your cooperation.
